This photo was taken on the 9th of june 2015 at 3.45pm. Its the interior of Masjid Sultan Ibrahim, Ayer Hitam, Johor. Such a nice uniformly distributed daylight of between 250 -300 lux. It Shows typical characteristics of Johor Mosques: First,they are perched on the peaks of hills. By doing so they get the benefit of large sky components. No other tall structures or trees around them. Another characteristic is the use of high clerestory windows on the inner groups of columns which are raised higher than the roofs.
